The point of this is to buy the guy in the Abom a whole Volatile Ooze Phase to infuse Shadow's Edge.
Playing off of the mechanics of the Volatile Ooze's explosion, everyone stacks on the ooze, making sure they will be pushed back into the orange/brown side's corner. The more people hit by the explosion will make the damage close to negligible. It won't matter if the ooze keep exploding us into the corner, either.
