Your CoH is hitting for 36% less than mine. This cannot be explained by gear/talent differences. Please check to make sure you aren't downranking.
Also, Doc told me about this, but it turns out that Empowered Healing (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=33158) only increases the healing done by your flash heal by only like 1.5% per talent point (when you plug in the appropriate numbers and coefficients from wowwiki). Because of this, you're better off reallocating those points to Test of Faith (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=47558) and Blessed Resilience (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=33142).
